In fact we were just awarded the highest level Platinum award for hiring veterans and recognized this month in Newsweek magazine as a top Most Loved Workplace. We are also proud of our comprehensive benefits program and always looking for opportunities to enhance. We actually just launched an exciting new wellness program that earns incentives by participating last month. We completed a compensation study in the past few years and purchased a National system called PayFactors by PayScale along with participating in a number of salary benchmarking surveys and are confident our compensation is competitive. Additionally, we implemented a new ERP system in 2024 called EPICOR which has replaced older software systems and are getting an updated phone system in early 2025. We have also invested several million in facility repairs and office upgrades over the past three years. However there is always room for improvement! Thanks again and we wish you the best of luck.
