Money is spent frivolously on pet vanity projects, not on things or people that are needed. Job descriptions change on a whim or are ignored entirely. Good people are abused until they quit. Leaders frequently scream and yell at each other and their employees. Everyone undermines everyone else in order to look good to senior leadership.
