Pros

There is smart people. You will get training and some support. They take you in even without any prior experience.

Cons

Toxic culture. You will see people be treated really bad (public yelling and demeaning). You will have to sign a 2 year contract which if you want to exit early from then you need to pay a lot of money for, and even more if you currently hold a client contract. You will never be able to move to the client firm, unless you risk been suit. You will have to pretend to have 10 years of experience, while just coming out of the bootcamp. There are a lot of racial and gender "Jokes".

Pros

You have the opportunity to work with medium and large companies and gain valuable experience.

Cons

The company has a toxic culture, offers low salaries, no benefits, and lacks growth opportunities. If you find another job, you may risk being sued by the owner. Employees are frequently moved between projects and states, with no location-based salary adjustments. For example, you earn the same salary whether you’re in Florida or California. Additionally, you'll receive poor training and be expected to work with large companies while managing your projects without any support.
