Best office toilet i have ever had, nice colleagues, good sea view from pantry. i like a lot having lunch in the pantry.
Cons
- No clear direction and over micromanagement - Mass layoff every month on thursday recently (dont know why it has to be thursday) - Every projects are scammed, e.g. metagods, metawars, fitevo, they have already laid off almost entire development team (including the technical director) and still publicly claim their projects are still running (via twitter). - Stupid standup meeting everyday and biweekly morning briefing with no clear goal and waste of time - One weird thing is HR stopped greeting new employees in whatsapp group since the bear market started in early 2022 - Don't trust their promise of appraisal after probation, i was not getting any review at all and neither did my colleagues.
