Poor Recruter doesn't know anything about graphic design and thinks we're divine. - Production Artist Cimpress Employee Review

Greetings, I am a former Cimpress employee. As of right now, I have worked as a graphic designer for more than 12 years. A month ago, I considered reapplying, but they took my test and rejected me in the second round, which is huge, and now they told me I wasn't qualified. The moral of the story is that although the person who worked for Cimpress India in the previous year received numerous emails of appreciation, they are no longer eligible for those who have more than 12 years of experience. I ask you to review my test file with the HR department once more, but they are unable to understand and are only focused on the fact that we are right and you are wrong. Because the people requirement team and the selection process lack any graphic-related knowledge, they are unable to determine whether a candidate is qualified; instead, they believe that the QC person is divine and that we are not acting humanely. This makes them pathetic. There is no overall experience. The past is superior to the present. Much obliged!
