There is good teamwork and everyone tries to help each other. The work is interesting and challenging.

There is either too much work or not enough. Sometimes I will be on the same site for 3 to 4 months and other times it is slow where I have to work from home on office paperwork.

Good pay and some overtime

If you are an outsider they did not treat you well, people are toxic
