Pros
Flat Hierarchy, no politics; Fortnightly lunch by boss,
Lots of hands-ons to learn about .NET as a full stack software developer, java(Android), Winform, web, db, etc.
You also get to learn about the entire production line flow.
Opportunity to go on-site
Chilled environment (as long as one gets job done), sometimes quiet.
Cons
Have to be independent and proactive in asking questions as there are no proper training provided. Some documentation and example projects will be provided instead, which in my experience is sufficient, provided one asks questions.
Coding standards may be somewhat inconsistent
Allowance and benefits could be better, not very competitive. Monthly travel allowance, on site allowance and basic health care claims available.
