Pros
The associates I worked with were honest and helpful. If you asked for help, they went out of their way to explain things and show you how to do things right. The administrative staff were also helpful and diligent in their positions. The lead partner that was in-office was quite helpful when you approached him. He was also gave constructive criticism, which I find very helpful in learning a new profession.
Cons
The biggest problem with this firm is that everyone seemed to be overworked, and nobody, and i literally no one, liked their job. This resulted in poor office moral and a high turnover. Working hours were always pushed onto people and the pay was quite low compared to other real estate firms. If you're trying to get your foot in the door in a residential real estate environment, this job is a good stepping stone, but is certainly not a place to plan your career.
