Getting milk on Monday and Wednesdays’s Getting fruit on Monday’s Pizza Friday at the end of the month 1 hour lunch break (if you are not over worked)
Cons
Extremely immature and poor management ran without proper HR Treated unfairly. More people leaving than joining, you’ll take one day off and 10 people will be gone, maybe even 12 People will go behind your back to get what they want and can do so with the power that they have. Management will make you out to be a problem and will not support you or offer you an alternative role but instead push you out because it’s the easier option. It’s Less of a headache for directors so they will agree with anything management says to get them off their backs. Overall, If you want to work somewhere where you’d like to provide your services for a long time and then have it thrown back in your face, then this is the best place to work.
