      Pros

      Nothing except the fact you can claim your travel into work. That was a nice touch.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place. No real structure. Unreasonable expectations of staff. Very anti anyone who isn't Irish like them. Horrible office. All this results in high turnover of staff.

      None, waste of a company

      Long working hours all in office 7.30 to 17.00 everyday Looked down upon by head office management No strategy Headless chickens Cleaning up messes that could have been avoided Sly Always on the look out to replace you No benefits Not even a proper desk chair, told to go check resident bins to see if there was furniture I could take Male led management with no regard for anyone other than their own ambitions Discrimination to minority groups
