-Gorgeous space
- floor team is nice
Cons
-bottom barrel pay-rate (will overwork you and not compensate for what you do) (you can make more working fast food)
-Contract/on-call = hours fluctuate wildly (you will be asked to work full time hours but they will never give you full time/ some employees are salaried so it doesn't affect them)
-Will not value your skills, will work you until you are burnt out then they will find a replacement (poor retention of good employees)
-poor leadership (over delegation and lack of a organized hierarchy)
-favoritism
-No one takes 10 minute breaks, and you will never get broken for one unless you ask (illegal)
