Pros

Co-workers are incredibly fun, smart, and hardworking people! There are often celebrations for birthdays, Fashion Fridays, and other random things that really make it a lively place to work. The space is absolutely beautiful and it is a relatively flexible work environment.

Cons

Communication, particularly within management, is challenging. Some in management seem to be above treating anyone below them with respect. There is a culture of sharing information about a employee's performance with everyone but said employee. It was particularly disheartening to see someone let go who had literally no idea that was even a remote possibility. Hours have been cut and without much notice - including one employee who was told on a Friday, that starting the coming Monday, her hours had been halved. Meetings are often scheduled or re-scheduled at the very last minute, with no respect for one's plan for the day. Even more frequently, meetings are canceled last minute. When meetings happen, they are disorganized, rarely have an objective and almost never end when they are scheduled to.

Pros

-Gorgeous space - floor team is nice

Cons

-bottom barrel pay-rate (will overwork you and not compensate for what you do) (you can make more working fast food) -Contract/on-call = hours fluctuate wildly (you will be asked to work full time hours but they will never give you full time/ some employees are salaried so it doesn't affect them) -Will not value your skills, will work you until you are burnt out then they will find a replacement (poor retention of good employees) -poor leadership (over delegation and lack of a organized hierarchy) -favoritism -No one takes 10 minute breaks, and you will never get broken for one unless you ask (illegal)
