- No public transportation benefits for TESA employees, only fixed hour buses, 3 times a day. - Bad "time clock system" - No hybrid possibilities although not all tasks require physical presence - No organization and communication between employees, everyone acts before asking partnered departments for help or advice leading to misunderstanding issues

Good working environment,work balance and flexible working hour.

Management only support for sales dept most of time and no appreciated effort from engineering dept.
