Super nice work environment and culture. The executive team really cares about their employees and expect you to have a work life balance.

They could invest a bit more on their sales and marketing tools. There really isn't a downside to this organization especially compared to other companies in the same market space.

The bosses in the warehouse are great, the pay is pretty good depending on your position, there is some downtime so you are able to relax a little bit throughout the day.

There isn't much room to climb the ladder in certain positions, if you are looking for a somewhat long term job and you are okay with tedious and repetitive work 5 days a week then this is the place for you.
