No stress, easy environment where to work

No career opportunities, no benefits

- great place to work as your first job in life - very relaxed environment: casual and super friendly - great balance work/ personal life, especially fo rthose who have a family - great team events - you find friends for life - managers & executives approachable and opened to discussion - free drinks: coffee with WMF machine, tea bags, juice, water, coca-cola

- little work pressure - some people should have been fired - some top managers being busy with internal politics instead of implementing a vision together and work together to fulfill it - CEO at that time brought some of his buddies and gave them a great position title (salary probably came up with) but everyone wondered what they were actually doing - job definition is totally different from the market place, e.g. an account manager is in charge of technical implementation & after-sale technical issues from merchants but are not directly involved in the sales process nor in charge to develop a portfolio of clients
