Pros
It's been a few years, and with the company being acquired & the pandemic occurring since, tough to know what culture's like now. Back then, the team was friendly and management were committed to maintaining a fun environment.
Cons
It was tough to move up within a company of that size; everyone can't be a senior artist or creative director, makes sense, but it could be tough to not see areas you could grow into.
