- Completely unmotivated, miserable, mischevious students - It's all about the tests - ZERO flexibility with lessons - Utterly useless workshops - Horrible training - Coworkers who don't know a thing about teaching - Weaboo coworkers - Self-entitled upper management - Chaotic communication system - No room for growth
