The Head of Accounts and Risk could demonstrate greater professionalism in communication and leadership practices, as employees may perceive certain interactions as unsupportive or disrespectful, which can negatively affect team morale and the working environment.

Good for Japanese culture. Nothing else

High volumn, low salary. Main language of communication is Japanese. Looking down on people can’t speak Japanese (including English speaking staff). Career opportunity given to Japanese staff only. Bad medical benefits. Need to give reason for taking leaves
