Disappointing - Service BDC Representative Chuck Nash Auto Group Employee Review

When you’re first hired, everyone is so excited to bring on new employees. They have an organized HR department, good processes. Most everyone is willing to help. Management is very sneaky, they aren’t honest or forthcoming. They wait forever to tell you important things. Then they push out the most important and hardworking employees who actually CARE about their job and their role. Really sad and disappointing when everything is a lie. There is no hard work recognition or praise.
