Chubbies isn’t at all what it used to be since they merged with Solo Brands and went public. The company is hemorrhaging employees by them either leaving or being fired as the new management teams who are completely incompetent clean house of all remnants of what Chubbies used to be. Run far far away and find another company to work for because all of the positive reviews are referring to the old Chubbies culture. This place has turned incredibly toxic and includes a management team who not only doesn’t know what they’re doing, but is resistant to learning about the brand and choosing to pave their own way without the team who built Chubbies to what it is today.
