Not worth it - Senior Underwriter Chubb Insurance Employee Review

Over worked, underpaid, staffing shortage because they can’t pay what the market is and also want bare bones to cut costs, poor training, no investment in technology - they have outdated systems, low raises even when out performing, toxic management, never positive feedback, company is very large and unorganized and is impossible to get anything done - company has been profitable the last 5 years but they don’t share that with employees. Just give them more and more work
