1. Unmanagable work load, Salary position, but expected to work up to 2 hours a day extra to get work done. 2. No support for employees 3. Pay is low for the amount of work and stress you deal with. 4. Company did not tell me that you have to work late shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and any time there are catastrophic weather incidents. 5. TOXIC. Constant harassment including sexual harassment that does not ever actually get taken care of. 6. No comprehensive training so you're basically doing your job blind
