      Pros

      Regular pros like some schools 8a.m to 4 pm For teachers kids discount of 50% after completion of one year School transport separate for teachers

      Cons

      Too many observations from curriculum team, coordinator, vice principal, principal. Teachers feel discouraged and leaves the school frequently. Too many door decoration, coriander decoration almost every month. Principal and coordinators should be polite and respectful to retain the teachers.

      Pros

      Great experience at Chrysalis School. It's a fantastic place to learn and grow, especially if you're open to new experiences. You'll have opportunities to develop skills in art, craft, and classroom management. The former principal and coordinators (up to 2024) were particularly supportive and receptive to teachers' needs. For future growth, it would be beneficial for the new leadership to bring in fresh perspectives and make decisions independently. Overall, the work environment is positive, the compensation is good, and it's a solid place to build your career."
