Chrono24 offers employees the possibility of spending 60% of their hours working from home. We fully trust all our team members and do not track their work schedules. Regarding management style, we take a situational approach, to accommodate the needs and abilities of our team. Of course, there may be team members who require more guidance and support from management in order to reach their potential. This is a part of employee development and empowers team members to tackle tasks independently.
We also encourage continuous learning and offer our full support for development courses. We strive to fill managerial positions internally, but we do advertise externally as well, in order to find the best fit. Team members are also welcomed to apply for internal transfers to different departments when vacancies become available. All colleagues are welcome to actively steer their career development. When suitable opportunities arise, we provide our support with online resources and subsidies for offline training courses.
