Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on Glassdoor. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Chrono24 is not as you had hoped. The salary review rate you mentioned is, on average, above the inflation rate and made based on the performance evaluation received from your team lead. Although we do not currently offer performance bonuses, incentives, or double pay, the salary review rate is much higher than the general market rate. We have a team that continually reviews our entire benefits package, and we are expecting to roll out some of the new plans by the end of 2022. Stay tuned for the exciting change! What’s more, we are developing a clearer company structure and aligning with offices in other locations. However, this will take time. Until then, we are focusing on supporting the personal growth of our team by providing subsidies for training and education. Our goal is to make Chrono24 one of the best employers.
