      Very supportive team. Senior staff is professional.

      Cons

      Emotionally abusive CEO. Belittles employees through Ad Hoc comments and fosters toxic environment of hostility. Undervalues employees.

      Pros

      A collection of good people of varying industries and backgrounds. A potential of being something amazing as a company.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic expectations - Hostile work environment (owner has a tendency to go off on people) - Health Insurance / retirement fund is strange to say the least - Owner never takes responsibility for his actions, its always someone elses fault.
