Pros
The company is very well positioned in the industry and is a leader in both traditional markets and renewables markets. There's an intellectual culture that embraces learning and strong work ethic. Ideas and initiatives that are self-initiated are respected and encouraged.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but this is not the place to work if you just want to meet minimum standards and get by. Like all growing companies, there can be periods of rapid change, and various projects/initiatives can change quickly.
