Poor management - Bindery Worker ChromaSource Employee Review

Easy to take time off, Great suporvisors, Great while in school

Repetitive work, Pay is not the best, Pay raises vary depending on company performance

Clean facility, Large Breakroom, decent parking, easy to find, on floor supervisor was nice to the employees (they might have someone different now, though, not sure)

Chemical Smell from pallets being heat wrapped/makes some nauseous, Should be trained and certified I feel to work some of the machinery before being placed at said stations, you don't keep up rate, you get chewed out, even when doing your best. I didn't remember the official position name I was in, also I quit in 2020, this site wouldn't let me scroll past 2021 though, so that needs fixed.
