      Pros

      Very flexible and willing to work with your schedule when the need arises. Recognition of job well done is often.

      Cons

      When you are a good worker, they will often require you to help in multiple departments- which isn't necessarily a bad thing, depends on your personal preference. The second warehouse is not climate controlled.

      Very flexible with schedule, have a yearly bonus

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism was given, especially to young girls that management liked even if they knew nothing about the job. They forgot to give me my raise after 90 days and when reminded and I asked for back pay they didn’t do anything. Also I once was pulled into an office with 5 higher ups where they made jokes about a complaint I made to my face and was very embarrassed
