Some of my coworkers were nice.

Organizational leadership is incompetent and hired due to nepotism. The pay is very low, staff are not appreciated. The work is very challenging (working with students and families) and the leadership makes the work completely intolerable due to their incompetence and disdain for their staff. Over the years Christopher House hired many good people but always treats good employees terribly until they can no longer tolerate the poor treatment and leave.
