Pros

- Decent pay - Health benefits are not bad - If you are Mormon or a male, you will be respected by the owners & executive team.

Cons

- Lack of direction & leadership - Your job role and duties will change every couple of months, so get ready to do a job you did not apply for and not get paid for it. - The owners/ family and leadership team take advantage of employee who have outside experience, have a 4 year degree or show any type leadership skill. - The owners/ family have no idea how to run their businesses and have major accounting issues.

Pros

Very little positives left at Christensen after over a decade of service other than the people I work with on a daily basis.

Cons

President and COO returned after exiting the companies five years ago. Upon his return Christensen went from being family owned and treating its employees well to being an awful environment of fear, mistrust and apprehension. Mass layoffs. Removal of basic benefits. Excessive micromanagement. Etc. the list goes on.
