Pros

The office is very nice. Used to actually care about people and customers. There was fun events occasionally.

Cons

The CEO stepped down in the spring and now the company is essentially being run by consultants looking for a quick exit, and will sell the company as soon as they can. Sales leadership is a joke, and the consultants are loyal to the same people that put the company in the mess they are in to begin with. The Director's only solution to every problem is to spend more of the company money and pretend to be busy in endless meetings that lead nowhere. Also to go to the fanciest restaurants in town every night when they show up, and run up huge tabs for no reason. A handful of salespeople are keeping the entire operation afloat, despite the lack of a cohesive message and value proposition. They have been losing more customers then they have brought on in the past few years, with constant layoffs and no clear direction from anyone serious. Every meeting is about "turning it around" and "getting back to winning," with all the evidence pointing to the opposite happening. HR plays favorites, and is non-existent (unless someone needs to be disciplined). Most everyone is actively trying to get out, and those that aren't are too new to realize the ship is sinking and they should also bail out.

Pros

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
