The managers are good, and they encourage you, even though they are probably also being lied too.

Thank you for your honest and direct feedback. We care deeply about providing our team members with an opportunity to grow as we encourage a culture of “promote from within”. We also want to be realistic about how and when our team grows. The Sales Development program was relaunched last year and the leadership team has learned a lot. In that time, a growth path has been established and we have seen 5 team members be promoted to full cycle sales representatives.
With that being said, leadership continues to be mindful of setting expectations for growth and reviewing metrics to qualify for promotions. In fact, the leadership team has recently released a very clear path to promotion for Sales Development representatives. We will continue to look at ways to improve based on feedback from the team.
hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
