- WFH - Provide all equiptment.
Cons
- Unrealistic monthly contact goal you must meet. If it's not met after a few months, you're let go. I rarely take breaks and still barely meet the monthly goal. Bad for your mental health forsure. - No support at all. Working here over a year and never have been allowed to transfer a call to a Manager for an escalated call. US leads are no help. I agree with a previous review that you get more help with offshore leads. - We're not trained on troubleshooting and intergration enough yet that's majority of calls. Guru can't solve everything!!!!!
