      Pros

      This company had and still continues to be a useful product and an ethical business that treats its clients and employees very well. Fantastic benefits and work life balance is highly encouraged. Overall a solid culture

      Cons

      This product is going downhill FAST. Before the pandemic this was a leading idea and product but now the market is extremely saturated and the competitors have in many ways surpassed ChowNow. This a a product that is passed it’s peak. Massive layoffs over the last two years shows the decline that no one can ignore. Most tenured employees are “riding the wave”

      i had an awesome run with great managers

      Cons

      hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

      Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
