Quota attainment was to high and never checked. Upper management only gaslighted us till the end of all our demise. We warned our management what we were going through. No one listened at all. They only thought that old data from 2020 accurate to the market conditions we were calling on that wasn’t the case. It was really stressful not every having senior leadership listen to what we have to say and also create a toxic environment . I asked about what the data was behind my KPIs and how they got to me needing to attain them. I never got shown the data or the reason why the quota and KPIs were set up to make me fail. After knowing the things I was doing had set me up to fail. I thought this would be something management would look into. After only hitting quota only 3 times I knew that we had a problem because the leads and workflow was set up to make a SDR fail.
