      Been at ChowNow for several years now, company culture is awesome. The people are great to work with and collaborative. Everyone is always willing to help out or hear you out. I love knowing I'm making an impact in the restaurant industry via helping smaller restaurant owners thrive. Also room for career growth is a plus, management always willing to help employees excel in their current positions and grow upwards.

      Cons

      Career growth can take some time, but if you raise your hand and show you're committed, leads/upper management will give you the opportunities.

      i had an awesome run with great managers

      hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

      Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
