Pros

I joined around the start of the pandemic and they were struggling to keep up with the number of restaurants wanting to join their platform and the customer support needed major help. They onboarded me quickly but trained me well in everything I needed to know. The job wasn't easy but the people in customer support made it worth it. Such a fantastic place to work, they treat you as more than just another employee, I truly felt valued!

Cons

The job itself isn't easy, you're dealing with lots of hangry customers and you have to learn to be cool, calm, and collected.

i had an awesome run with great managers

Cons

hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

Pros

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
