      Pros

      Stunning cocktails and extensive menu that will take you to Peru. Extra star because the drinks were fantastic.

      Cons

      Low pay, high stress, no tips, pure anxiety. Bar manager from London was completely nuts. This is a job for people to look to learn how to bartend on very little compensation, not for experienced bartenders.

      Fun and lively environment with a great team

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the amount of stress. Tip pool structure makes it so servers consistently make at least 50% more than bartenders
