      Money can and should be good, low standards if you are used to better restaurants, other staff are nice. Can turn your brain off

      Cons

      Management which causes a revolving door of people. If a company literally always has indeed posts up there is a reason why. Things going wrong or missing constantly or just not following right steps and no accountability on the way, just disorganized

      Fun and lively environment with a great team

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the amount of stress. Tip pool structure makes it so servers consistently make at least 50% more than bartenders
