Thank you for your opinions on our company. It is very disappointing to hear that you did not have a good experience and we are particularly concerned about the issues you raise. If reps are struggling to reach their bonus level our managers admittedly spend more time with the rep to identify obstacles or training gaps that may be preventing the rep from being successful. While coaching can be difficult to hear, it is intended to help you be successful. It is extremely important to us that everyone feels comfortable in our work environment and particularly concerning that you allege that you were harassed or treated differently by your manager. Although your review says that you are no longer working for Choptank we would still like to hear more about your experience so we may investigate and address these issues.
