Cons
9 hour days can be a bit exhausting, especially when breaks are not always guaranteed. Office is pretty remote, so most people commute from pretty far. Benefits are not great. PTO accrual is very slow, so it is difficult to take any time off. 24/7 business so weekend work is often mandatory. Base salary is not competitive.
