I would never finish... Lots of internal changes, Revolving doors at the boutiques in the US. Sales Professionals and boutique Directors don't stick around long. After my first 2 years with the company I was already the oldest employee on any boutique in US. State of business is always employees fault. They will make many promises at first but once you in, promotions are never provided they always hire and promote from the outside. They may change your title but will not raise your remuneration.
