The place was held together by a combination of sweat, health code violations and whatever drugs the cooks had that night. A lot of their customer base were Legacy regulars that complained reflexively but would show up the next week no matter how "bad of an experience" was had. Much of the mismanagement could be traced back to nepotism and/or once again whatever drugs the cooks had in the kitchen.
