Pros
They will make your schedule around things you have going on in your life. Can be a fun atmosphere. At times hard work is appreciated. You can make good money as a server but you have to earn it by putting up with more BS than you have ever faced or will ever face at any other serving job.
Cons
Short staffed and expected to do the work of more than 1 person all the time. Frequently disrespected by customers, managers and owners. You're set up to fail on a daily basis and held accountable for this despite having no authority or say in how things are ran. Run, don't walk away. Don't find out the hard way why i say this.
