Bad place to work - PSW/DSW Choices Association Employee Review

Very toxic and miserable place to work. Most of their locations have cliquey groups and will speak in their local dialects while at work. Be prepared to deal with management if you report issues on abuse and union is almost useless. Also be ready to deal with gross unprofessional employees who can’t deal with issues in a civil way , will report to work late or leave early and expect you to cover up. Forget about career growth if you work here. Last but not the least, management doesn’t care about employees.
