Pros

- Affordable benefits - Flexible work schedule

Cons

It’s a manipulative and evil company with a toxic work culture that behaves like a cult. You must publicly kiss butt in monthly meetings and worship and their fake values or have your career, training and work/life balance put on a hard pause while “the faithful” (aka certain sociopathic directors) drag your name through the mud behind your back. I’ve seen at least half a dozen smart, hard-working and dedicated individuals waste some of their hardest work, passion and ideas on this place. It is a beast that gobbles people up, and I know of too many current and former workers who’s mental and emotional health have suffered from working here.

Pros

It was good until it wasn't. Overworked book of business and NPS scores that were detrimental to your job even if it was the terrible website builds or other things out of your personal control. The push of AI was rough and demanding. There is no thinking for yourself here, no learning or testing. Just doing what you're told. Think of the workers as robots. People stay because the work is predictable, and honestly, coming out of there makes you feel unqualified. So easier to stay than go. Again, the cookie-cutter template and one-size-fits-all approach works until it doesn't, and really, it doesn't. Aside from the ELT, the people working there were fun to work with. The ELT is heavy. Very heavy. They keep laying people off and advertising additional roles. There's no creativity and they've lost the passion of helping people.
