There are not any cons that I have for Choice Solutions.

Hard work and dedication pay off Ideas are heard and often entrusted to the employee who brings them up to spearhead, no matter his/her title in the organization. Open door policy No micro-management Employee focused: Choice has made decisions for the benefit of the employee when most companies would have chosen to focus solely on profitability. They care about each employee and his/her family. They make decisions based on doing the right thing. Work events are fun!

This is not a con, but am unable to leave this blank. Employees who find success and contentment at Choice have integrity, work hard, take initiative, are team players, and strive to see the bigger picture and their piece in that picture. This could be a "con" for those who apply at Choice who do not have these characteristics/values because it is difficult to be successful without them.
