3Years of the bond is mandatory by submitting all original certificates. Bond breakage is 4L. Too much work pressure, have to work for almost 12 to 16hrs daily. Sandwich leave policy. Dictatorship management, don't care about employees even in life and death situations. No growth for the employee in career and financial. 3 months notice period.
