I honestly cannot come up with one positive thing to say about the company. I did see how much some the employees truly care about the students but without any leadership the school is doomed.
Cons
The founder claims to care about urban students when in actuality he only cares about making his pockets fatter.When he feels a school is too much work he will drop it. The entire Human Resource department is completely incompetent. He has left our school without a leader for months now. The secretary is basically running the school, changing grades on progress reports, and sending out obnoxious emails constantly. The school is set up for failure. Now he plans on dropping us.
